Appellant Karrem Johnson appeals from the Order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County on December 12, 2016, denying his first petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act.1 Also before this Court are Appellant's Application for Remand filed on August 17, 2017, and counsel's Application to Withdraw filed on August 31, 2017.
