{¶ 1} Respondent, Jalal Tamer Sleibi of Lakewood, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0076633, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2003.
{¶ 2} On September 11, 2013, a probable-cause panel of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline1 certified to the board a complaint filed against Sleibi by relator, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In that complaint, relator alleged that Sleibi had violated Prof.Cond.R. 1.8(j) and 8.4(h) by engaging in sexual activity with four of his clients.
