MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

The plaintiffs, Maureen K. Buell (“Buell”) and Gregory P. Forte (“Forte”) (collectively, “the Plaintiffs”) brought this action against the defendants, Abigail L. Hughes, Nancy Pugliese, and Julie Gottlieb (collectively, “the Defendants”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of their Fourteenth Amendment rights to equal protection and due process.
