Under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), Joseph Jones challenges Pepsieo, Inc., Long Term Disability Program’s (“LTD Program”) denial of his disability claim. Jones, a former truck driver, suffers from chronic, unexplained, and unpredictable syncope, or sudden loss of consciousness.
