— In an accounting proceeding pursuant to SCPA 2110 the petitioners appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Surrogate’s Court, Queens County (Laurino, S.), dated July 8, 1987, as, inter alia, fixed compensation for legal services and directed that the executor pay a portion of the attorney’s and accountant’s fees from his commission.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
