Upon the bill of complaint filed in this cause a rule was issued, directed to the said Septimus E. Nivin, trustee as aforesaid, and Harry I. Gillis, sheriff of New Castle county, requiring them to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not be granted restraining them from selling two. certain lots situated in the city of Wilmington, with dwelling houses erected thereon, belonging to the said Jesse B. McCrery, one of the complainants; the said lots having been advertised to be sold by the said Harry I. Gillis, sheriff as aforesaid, on the 27th day of November,…
