This was an action to recover on an automobile liability insurance policy, and from a judgment in favor of the defendant the plaintiff has appealed.

In a general way it may be stated that in the petition it was alleged that the defendant company had issued to Margaret Bla'ckwell a policy insuring her against the claims of all persons injured by reason of the negligent operation of a certain Packard automobile owned by her, the policy providing that the word “insured” included all persons driving the automobile with her permission; that on…
