MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING MOTION FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION
CASSELL, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Mr. Benson and the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) have filed a motion seeking a temporary injunction under National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”) pending final disposition of unfair labor practice charges currently pending before the NLRB. 1 Defendants United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Locals 184 and 1498 (the “Union”) oppose the motion.
