BLAKE, District Judge.
Petitioner Wayne R. Gold, Regional Director of Region 5 of the National Labor Relations Board, under the authority of the Board’s General Counsel (“the GC”), has filed a petition for a preliminary injunction, under § 10(1) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 160(1), against respondent Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters (“the Union”), pending the resolution of an unfair labor practices complaint filed with the Board.
