OPINION BY
BENDER, J.:
¶ 1 Randy Allan Peters (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered following his conviction for driving under the influence (DUI). 1 Appellant claims that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress because his arrest was conducted in violation of the Municipal Police Jurisdiction Act (MPJA). See 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 8951-8954. For the reasons that follow, we conclude that Appellant’s arrest did not violate the MPJA, and even if it did, it would not be appropriate under the facts of this case to apply the exclusionary rule to suppress otherwise…
