Plaintiff, Village Auto Center, has its principle place of business in the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia; Defendant, Apple Auto Glass, is a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia with its principle place of business in the City of Lynchburg, Virginia.
