The defendants, William A. Aden and Joseph C. Draper, have moved the Court pursuant to Virginia Code Section 8.01-264 to transfer this case to the Circuit Court of Montgomery County wherein all of the defendants reside. They urge that the proper venue for the plaintiff's claim is Montgomery County because the guarantee agreement, which is the subject of this action, was based upon the supply of goods and the extension of credit to Reed Plumbing, Heating & Excavating, Inc., in Montgomery County.
