This action was transferred from the United States Bankruptcy Court on January 6, 1987. It is only one of a continuing series of legal proceedings relating to the development of a commercial property located at 1250 24th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. by J.W. Kaempfer and affiliated groups.1 Plaintiffs seek declaratory and injunctive relief that their purchase of a 37.5% interest in the 1250 24th Street property, previously owned by Loretto Brown, a decedent of the defendants, was proper in all respects.
