11 Defendants-Appellants appeal the judgment awarded in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment as amended.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On October 7, 2004, Appellee Glenn Logan was struck by Defendant-Appellant Diana Johnson while she was operating a truck 1 in the course and scope of her employment with Brink’s, Inc.
