The plaintiff, Pack 2000, Inc., brought these actions against the defendant, Eugene C. Cush-man, seeking specific performance of two options to purchase realty that the plaintiff had leased from the defendant. After a trial to the court, the court rendered judgments in favor of the plaintiff.
