Defendant, TeleCorp Communications, Inc. d/b/a SunCom (“SunCom”) files a Renewed Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Dismissal (Rec. Doc. No. 372) on the grounds of federal preemption and the filed tariff doctrine. The motion is opposed by Plaintiff Claudia Fontenot (Rec. Doc. No. 319, Rec. Doc. No. 406).
