This is an appeal from' an ord'er of the circuit court denying a writ of habeas corpus. In a complaint filed in the municipal court of Sioux Falls, the appellant was charged with the manufacture of intoxicating liquor in violation of Ordinance No. 800 of the city. The defendant pleaded guilty to the charge/ and was sentenced to imprisonment in the county jail for the period of 6 months and to pay a fine of $500.
