This proceeding was instituted in this court for the disbarment of L. E. Waggoner, heretofore admitted by this court to the practice of law in the courts of this state.
The accused made his first appearance herein by interposing three demurrers to the three separate charges contained in the complaint. After hearing upon said demurrers ,this court made an order overruling each of said demurrers and allowing the accused time to answer.
