On the '8th day of January, 1924, certain charges were filed in this court accusing L. E. Waggoner, a duly licensed and practicing attorney of this state, of improper and unprofessional conduct, as an attorney at law. Thereupon an order was made and entered, referring the charges to the Attorney General, and directing him to investigate the same and report thereon to the court. Such investigation was made and report thereof filed. In such report the Attorney General finds that the facts disclosed by such investigation are sufficient to warrant disbarment proceedings against the accused, and…
