Plaintiff Everett A. Stiles applied for disability benefits under the supplemental security income program (“S.S.I.”) of the Social Security Act. The defendant Commissioner of Social Security denied his application and Mr. Stiles filed this suit for judicial review of the Commissioner’s decision.
