This action presents error from the district court of Blaine county, and involves the title and right to possession of the allotment of Clarence Black, an Arapaho Indian. Under an act of Congress of February 8, 1887 (24 Stat. at L. 388), there was allotted to said Black the ¡W. i/2 of the S. W. *4 of section 18, and the W. V2 of the N. W. 14 of section 25, all in township 15, north of range 11, west of the Indian meridian, in what was, at the time of. allotment, Oklahoma Territory. , Some time thereafter, the date being immaterial, there was issued to said Clarence Black a trust patent, and on…
