Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Shainswit, J.), rendered December 1, 1983, which convicted defendant, following a jury trial, of attempted murder in the second degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, two counts of assault in the first degree, and two counts of burglary in the first degree, and sentenced him to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 12½, to 25 years on the attempted murder count and of from 7½ to 15 years on the assault counts, which sentences were to run consecutively to concurrent terms of 7½ to 15 years on the robbery and…
