Before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (Clerk’s Doc. No. 15), Plaintiffs’ Response in Opposition of the Motion to Dismiss (Clerk’s Doc. No. 25) and Defendant’s Reply to Plaintiffs’ Response and Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs’ First Amended Complaint (Clerk’s Doe. No. 28).
