MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

CANNELLA, District Judge:

Defendant’s application for attorneys’ fees is granted, in part. Plaintiff is directed to compensate defendant in the amount of $306,532. 35 U.S.C. § 285.

In the Opinion filed herein on February 26, 1979, the Court awarded attorneys’ fees to defendant Electro Materials Corporation of America [“EMCA”] and directed it to submit a fee application if the parties could not agree on an amount.
