Thomas F. Casey (“Debtor”) brings this Motion to Dismiss several related adversary proceedings on the basis that they were not timely served as required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“FRCP”) 4(j), as made applicable to bankruptcy proceedings in its 1990 version by Rule 7004, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. This Rule requires the service of adversary complaints within 120 days of filing.
