This case is here for the second time. In Leigh v. Board of Registration in Nursing (Leigh I), 395 Mass. 670, 685 (1985), we remanded the case to the Board of Registration in Nursing (board) to reconsider its decision suspending Leigh’s license to practice as a registered nurse. On remand, the board again suspended Leigh for practicing midwifery in violation of G. L. c. 112, § 80C (1984 ed.), and the board’s regulations promulgated thereunder at 244 Code Mass.
