DAVIS, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia upholding the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO or Patent Office) to suspend appellant Edmund Jaskiewicz from practice before the PTO for a period of two years and to place him on probation for an additional five years, based on three counts of misconduct. The District Court (Curran, J.), in a Memorandum Opinion, granted appellee summary judgment and denied appellant’s petition for review.
