Plaintiffs Coliseum Park Apartments Company (the “Developer”) and Professional Office Leasing Associates (the “Tenant”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) bring this action for injunctive and declaratory relief seeking to prevent defendant Coliseum Tenants Corporation (the “Association”) from terminating a lease (the “Commercial Lease” or the “Lease”) pursuant to the Condominium and Cooperative Abuse Relief Act of 1980, 15 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.
