LUMBARD, Circuit Judge:
The plaintiffs, 2 Tudor City Place Associates (Associates) and 2 Tudor Garden Parking Corp. (Parking), brought suit against 2 Tudor City Tenants Corp. (Tenants) in the Southern District of New York to prevent the nullification of the lease (between Tenants and Parking) of a parking garage at 2 Tudor City Place. 1 Tenants, a cooperative association, had nullified the lease pursuant to the Condominium and Cooperative Abuse Relief Act (Act), 15 U.S.C. § 3607 (1988).
