WALTERS, Chief Judge.
Karen Totman was employed as a first-year nontenured instructor at Eastern Idaho Technical College (EITC), a vocational school, during the 1991-1992 academic year. After she received notification of nonrenewal of her contract, Totman filed suit against EITC and its faculty and administrators individually (hereinafter referred to collectively as EITC), alleging breach of contract and of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, intentional infliction of emotional distress and violations of her constitutional rights to due process and free speech.
