Appellant Johnny Paul Dodson appeals the judgment of conviction of the Monroe County Circuit Court sentencing him to a term of fifty years in the Arkansas Department of Correction for the offenses of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a)(2).
