Plaintiffs bring this class action seeking injunctive relief and damages for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. 201 et seq., (“the FLSA”), and damages for violations of Georgia law governing the payment of wages and the operation of labor pools.
