On February 2, 1931, Louella Frazier, plaintiff, filed a petition in the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., against Bob Garland and P. D. Askew, as defendants, alleging in substance that on or about the 16th day of June, 1928, she was the owner of 200 shares of stock in the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company of the market value of $22,-600, and that the defendants were the owners of 2,000 shares of common stock in the Liberty Royalties Company of Tulsa, Okla., which said stock was worthless and of no market value; that during the month of June, 1928, the defendants conspired together to…
