Robert Lepelletier, Jr., appeals the dis-trictcourt’s order dismissing his civil action pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1), (6), We have reviewed the record and conclude that the district court committed no reversible error in dismissing Lepelletier’s action.
