In No. 85-2124, York Securities, Inc., a stock brokerage firm, and Harvey Samson, a registered account representative employed by York Securities, appeal from an order entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri denying in part their motion to compel arbitration of a complaint filed by Harold G. Nesslage and Vernetta M. Nesslage.
