On January 20, 1983, Johnson & Morgan Contractors (debtor) filed a “Motion for Relief from Order of Court.” Debtor’s motion requests injunctive relief from the enforcement of remedies made available to C.I.T. Corporation (plaintiff) by the parties’ stipulation which was approved by Bankruptcy Judge Thomas Wood’s Order of Judgment entered on December 10, 1982 (December Order).
