This case reaches the Court on a motion by the debtors, Stanley Joseph Durkalec and Mary A. Durkalec, for relief from an Order granted by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on March 17, 1982. That Order lifted the automatic stay during the pendency of the debtors’ Chapter 7 proceeding, allowing the plaintiff, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Employes’ Retirement Fund, to proceed with execution process against the residence of the debtors.
