On February 6, 1985, this court issued a bench order which amended an order dated May 29, 1984, and had the effect of allowing Lebanon Steel Foundry (Lebanon) to resume operations. The May 29, 1984 order was a stipulated order between American Bank and Trust Co. of Pennsylvania (American) and the Prudential Insurance Co. of America (Prudential) (together Secured Lender) and Lebanon.
