MEMORANDUM OF DECISION RE MOTION FOR APPROPRIATE RELIEF

The guardian ad litem in this case, on behalf of counsel for the mother, on June 26, 1998 filed a motion requesting the payment of fair and reasonable fees to counsel for the respondent mother, alleging in the memorandum of law in support of the motion inter alia, that the fees paid by the Judicial Branch for the representation of parties in the Superior Court for Juvenile Matters were not reasonable.
