OPINION OF THE COURT

SLOVITER, Circuit Judge.

Appellant Milton Hawkins, who was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon *212under 18 U.S.C. app. § 1202(a)(1) and sentenced to a mandatory prison term of fifteen years because he had three prior convictions for burglary or robbery, challenges the legality of the stop which resulted in finding the gun and the legality of his sentence.
