—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for assault and false arrest, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (R. Goldberg, J.), which denied their motion to strike the answer of the defendant City of New York and granted the City’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
