*771The plaintiff allegedly was injured in a horseback riding accident which occurred near an entrance to Prospect Park in Brooklyn while she was on a guided tour. The horse which she was riding at the time of the accident allegedly was provided to her by the defendant Kensington Stables. She commenced the instant action to recover damages for personal injuries against, among others, Kensington Stables, Inc., Kensington Stables, the City of New York, and Prospect Park Alliance, Inc.
