ORDER REGARDING COMPLAINT FOR INJUNCTIVE AND DECLARATORY RELIEF

This proceeding came on for trial on the plaintiffs complaint seeking injunctive and declaratory relief. The plaintiff appeared pro se and Carol A. Kubic appeared for the defendant.

This court has jurisdiction over this adversary proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157(b)(1) and 1334(a) and Local Rule 1070-1. This is a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(0).
