The defendant, Clarence Malcolm Patterson, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of one count of burglary in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-102 and one count of attempted larceny in the fifth degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-125a.
