The first and second exceptions are taken to the rulings of the judge. 1st, in allowing the information to be amended after *235trial had begun; 2d, in overruling a motion in arrest of judgment, based on alleged error in said first ruling.

The amendment complained of was the following : The information charged defendants with larceny of a horse, the property of Sévigne Duhon; but it appearing from the evidence that, at the time of the larceny, the horse really belonged to Cecile Duhon, then a minor child of Sévigne, who, however, had subsequently…
