The plaintiff Christine M. Alexander (“Alexander”) commenced this action against the defendants Harold W. Clarke (“Clarke”), Terre K. Marshall (“Marshall”), Thomas Groblewski (“Groblewski”), James A. Bellow (“Bellow”), and Jeffrey A. Kidder (“Kidder”) (collectively, “Defendants”) seeking to recover under G.L.c. 6, §§177 & 178 (Count I), G.L.c. 214, §1B (Count II), G.L.c. 258, §4 (Count III), and 42 U.S.C. §1983 (Count IV).
