Richard- and Kelly Berres and Berres Farms (the Berreses), plaintiffs in a veterinary medical malpractice action, and Ronald Anderson (Anderson), defendant and cross-claimant, appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of respondents Susan Poirot, D.V.M., and the Farmington Veterinary Clinic (Poirot), contending the trial court erred in determining that the statute of limitations for veterinary medical malpractice bars their claims.
