PER CURIAM: *

The appellant was convicted of selling marihuana, resisting apprehension, and aggravated assault, in violation of Articles 134, 95 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934, 895 and 928, respectively. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor *116for 2 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
