Action in equity to recover $7,747.08, together with interest and costs. The trial court found for defendant and plaintiff appealed. We have jurisdiction by reason of the amount sued for.

Plaintiff (appellant) is a commercial surety company and as such contracted with Henry L. Doherty and Company (by issuance of broker's and banker's blanket bonds) and insured the fidelity and personal honesty of George S.
