Ejectment. The land described in the complaint is a part of the Rancho de Las Putas, which was granted by the Mexican government, and for which a patent was issued by the United States in 1863 to Nicholasa Higuera de Berryesa and Anastasia Higuera de Berryesa. In 1853 these patentees, with their respective husbands, conveyed to I. N.
